SCAE Foundation Barista Training Course
The SCAE Barista training (Foundation) will allow you to gain both valuable barista training and proof of your course to take with you to show a future employer, will give you the chance to follow a rewarding career that is in demand throughout the world.

Barista Barista Barista

A two day course that covers the three main disciplines of these courses, the SCAE Introduction to Coffee, SCAE Barista Skills and SCAE Brewing and Grinding. You will leave with the skills needed to follow a career in the coffee industry.

SCAE Intermediate Barista course

Aimed at people who have the skills of a barista that has been working for 6 months or more in the coffee industry, and already has the foundation knowledge of brewing coffee and serving customer,the SCAE Barista Skills (Intermediate) will give you the training and skills you need, and provide you with a recognised qualification to further your confidence and career.

SCAE Intermediate Barista & Grinding

Building on the skills of the Introduction to Coffee and the Brewing and Grinding (Foundation) this course aims to give you the confidence and the knowledge to improve your coffee brewing.

SCAE Brewing and Grinding covers the areas a good barista needs to know. Beginning with the elementary aspects of coffee grinding, including particle size, release of aromas, and issues such as heat build-up. These hands on sessions will also examine the different types of grinders, and the ways to analyse the grind.
